Finance Manager
It started with a phone screen to check my skills, then there were one to three in-person interviews, depending on the specific role. Sometimes, the whole process could take a few months because it might involve construction phases for the facility, so the job wouldn't start right away.
- How have sports impacted your life?
Marketing Coordinator
It was a 30 minute phone screening interview. Mostly basic questions, but they did ask about jellybeans in an airplane. They mentioned the next step was an in-office meeting, but I didn't advance.
- How would you unload an airplane filled with jellybeans?
- If they needed to be reused, what would be your method for getting the jellybeans back into the airplane?
Administrative Coordinator
The interview process wasn't that long. It included some applications, a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. They were mainly checking if the role was a good fit for my career goals.
- Can you describe the toughest challenge you encountered in your past roles?
