I found this company and was really excited because the job seemed perfect for my skills. The first interview went really well; it was professional and I felt like I connected with the interviewer. The sales manager also seemed to like me in the second interview and told me to check out the showroom to make sure it was a good fit before he would send an offer. I tried to follow up multiple times via calls and emails, but the HR rep totally ghosted me. It was super unprofessional. Honestly, save yourself the trouble.

Behavioral Other

Had a quick phone call first, then they asked me to come in. I met with the Hiring Manager and the President. They asked mostly behavioral questions. For most of the time, I was just listening to them talk. I didn't get a great feeling from either of them. When they gave me the offer, it was a lot less than we had discussed during the interview. It took about a week from when I applied online to the in-person interview, and I got the offer the day after the interview.

The HR Assistant contacted me the day after I applied. We set up a brief phone call. Following that, I interviewed with the HR Manager, then with the VP and another person who is the role's direct supervisor. The entire process wrapped up in about a week. Everyone was polite, and I encountered no problems. Their office is quite nice.
