The interviews moved quickly and were conducted by cheerful people. However, they didn't reveal the actual work environment, which is stressful with lots of yelling and blame from everyone, especially from the executives. There's definitely room for improvement.

The interview went well. They'll ask about your background, aspirations, and what you'd contribute and seek from the company. They'll outline the workload and work environment, then check if you can handle it. The hiring process is quite fast, with a decision usually made by the end of the interview.

Confirmed questions1 question

The interview process was pretty standard. The HR Manager warned me that I'd need to be thick-skinned because managers frequently complain to HR and use foul language. She also mentioned that employees often come to HR stating their manager is cussing at them, so I'd need to be okay with people cussing and yelling at me. This HR position seems to have a lot of turnover, as the posting comes up frequently. I also met the owner, who was quite unpleasant and made insulting and demeaning comments.

Confirmed questions1 question

The interview felt friendly, but I got the impression they were seeking someone more compliant with their corporate values. I had a sense that the interview was more out of curiosity than a real intention to hire me.
