The interview process was pretty chill and not stressful at all. I sat down, we talked about my resume and why I'm interested in the field and the company, and what I could bring to the table. I heard back like two months later, but that was just because they had a lot of candidates and not many spots open.

I had a phone call, then two rounds of video interviews. The first was with two people from the main office, and the second with two people from the local office, plus the first two. They asked about my education, my GIS experience and qualifications, and how I handle workplace situations.

It was a really chill interview process. They just wanted to get to know you and why you picked their company. Management was really open about the work and effort needed to succeed. Make sure you know the company well before you go in, and you'll do fine.

I talked on the phone with two people from the branch. They were pretty interrogative, and the questions weren't hard. They just kept shooting down everything I said, which made it tough.
