Executive Assistant
I went through about 4-5 interviews for this role. It went all the way to the final interview with the President & CEO, but then HR never got back to me. So I made it all the way to the end but got no response.
- What is your perspective on the role of an Executive Assistant within a company?
Ticket Services Manager
I saw the opening on their website and applied. They were hiring a lot because they were about to open. I sent my cover letter and resume. The hiring manager did a quick phone screen, then I had an in-person interview with them at their temporary offices. I didn't hear back for about 3-4 weeks, so I had to follow up to find out if I got the job.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What skills do you have for this role?
- Why are you interested in this job?
Director
I had an initial screening chat where they emphasized the company's transparency. Then I moved on to the first round of panel interviews. From my perspective, those went pretty well. However, it took three weeks to get word back that they had selected other candidates. I followed up asking for feedback since I'm still job hunting, but I haven't heard anything back yet.
- Can you describe your skillset?
- Can you describe your management style?
Visitor Experience Associate
The interview process was quite smooth and easy. I received a call within a week after applying. They were very professional and communicative. The questions were pretty straightforward. They called me back a few days later, and then I got the job.
- Could you tell me how many years of customer experience you have?
