It started with an HR phone call to go over my resume. After that, I got a take-home assignment where I had to read and understand a clinical paper and then prepare a presentation on it. The final step was five interviews on-site with people from both the scientist and account teams.

The interview process was fair and standard for the industry, including HR, a test, and an interview. The Talent Acquisition team explained the process clearly and responded to questions promptly. The leadership team seemed enthusiastic and passionate, bringing a positive energy to the meeting.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had 3 phone calls. The first was with HR and I had a day to prep for it. The next week I talked to my potential boss and their boss. Each call was about 30 minutes. Then I had two skill tests: a 4-day task to summarize an article in 10 slides, and a 1-hour task to update a slide with new info. Finally, I had an in-person interview with 4 people at the office, and each of those talks went over 30 minutes.

Behavioral Technical

The process was incredibly unprofessional. Initially, I was scheduled for a single interview with four people. Then, I was told to come in that week for a one-on-one, with the next round scheduled for the following week. The interviews themselves were very basic, and some employees didn't even know they were supposed to interview me. I received no feedback and was only notified of the outcome via email. I would advise others to avoid this company.
