Front Desk Receptionist
It was easy and stressless, they really want to hire you so just be upbeat and yourself. Make sure to come with your own questions about expectations and what you want to gain from your work experience.
- What makes you want to work here and what can you bring to the position?
Assistant Teacher
They ask you what would you do in various scenarios and gauge you upon that. They basically want to know if you can remain calm and handle the situation with knowledge and tact. It is a little bit intimidating to be questioned in front of a group of people but if you know what you're talking about I think anyone would be just fine. The main thing you want to stress is safety and supervision. then getting kids emotionally ready and then moving on to academics.
- How would you respond to a parent inquiring about their child being bitten?
IT Support
The first interview had 4 people and was mostly personality focused. The second interview was scenario based where I had 3 work orders to diagnose, fix, and document. One was to ghost a system, another to set up a computer system to the network including a network printer, and another to upgrade acrobat reader to the latest version, all within an hour. I completed all except the network printer setup. They said I did well but I didn't get the job.
- What is the meaning of ITLN?
Office Support
The interview was pretty relaxed, kind of like talking to a principal at school. They pulled my resume from a database and we talked about the duties and what would be needed for the job. Just so you know, this Office Support role means you have to get your CDL because you might need to drive a school bus sometimes. They also require a background check and a drug test.
- Are you willing to get your CDL so you can drive a school bus?
