Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was really long and draining. It's one of those where you have to speak in the third person. They asked generic questions you'd find in a book, like 'Where do you see yourself in 10 years?'. I mean, who knows that far out? I talked about implementation strategy and gave a detailed answer, but they didn't like it. When I asked what was missing, they said I needed to 'start an email campaign to the sales people that is laced with excitement and positive thoughts about the upcoming release.' Seriously? Have they ever dealt with sales people? You'd be lucky if they opened one email, let alone several, and they'd definitely ignore follow-ups if they knew it was just fluff.

Behavioral Other

A recruiter reached out and I was presented to the client. There were two rounds of on-site interviews, and then the job was closed (not filled). They told me I was their top candidate. Six months later, they called me back when the job was reopened. After another two rounds of interviews, I received a form rejection letter. The whole process was very unprofessional and the office seemed unorganized. I heard from several people that jobs here often open and close due to funding, which made me nervous as a talent manager. I also spoke with some former employees who said the environment was chaotic.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. I spoke with many people from different teams. They were open and friendly. Some tough questions were asked, but they seemed to accept the answers. I'd recommend negotiating, even though my recruiter advised against it. The formal onboarding is minimal, so you'll need to take charge of your own integration. Make an effort to meet as many people as possible at work and company events. The inclusive culture will help you fit in, but you have to initiate it.

Behavioral Presentation Technical Group

It was pretty thorough, with several interviews. Started with HR for a behavioral chat. Then, I had to do a live presentation for my potential colleagues and the leaders of the division. After that, there was an individual experience review with more than 6 people. Finally, I had interviews with the top execs, including the CSO and CEO.
