Intake
I had conversations with several individuals from various departments. The interactions were quite approachable, and I felt comfortable asking them questions. The entire process lasted about 30 minutes and was relatively straightforward. The office environment seemed quite spacious.
- Can you share details about your past work experience?
- What was a difficult situation you encountered at work, and what steps did you take to resolve it?
Legal Assistant
It was a really great experience! What you see is what you get. The HR team was super welcoming and friendly. The interview process itself was quick and relaxed, not intense at all. It felt more like a 'get to know you' chat, which I appreciated. They'll ask about your background and what you can contribute to the firm. You'll also have time to ask questions and might even meet some of the attorneys. The HR folks really try to make you feel comfortable and help you figure out if the job is a good fit. It genuinely felt like a casual conversation with a friend. They made the hiring decision after two interviews, and the second one was just as fast and easy as the first. You should hear back about a decision within a few days if you're hired.
- Can you share an experience from a previous job and explain how it would contribute to your success in this position?
Assistant
I had two interviews. The first one was just to see if I was as qualified as I said I was. The second interview was with two attorneys who described the job duties and asked if I was okay with them. It was okay, but I never heard back from the firm, which I thought was rude.
- Are you okay with spending your day inputting data into computers?
Intern
I had three separate interview sessions with different people at the company. This was partly because I was considered for a few different positions. The interviews were organized and thoughtful.
- Can you tell me about your experiences, interests, expectations for the role, and your ambitions?
