First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Roomplace.
Customer Service Representative
I was first interviewed by the Office Manager and then by the General Manager. They both asked me some questions. I had to complete a background and drug test before I was hired.
- Can you juggle multiple tasks effectively?
- What are your desired working hours?
- Are you comfortable with closing duties and managing your own cash drawer?
Customer Care Representative
I first met with the Office Manager. After that, the GM came in, he didn't really ask me any questions, he was explaining me how the business is doing and that there is a lot of opportunity for growth.
- Tell me about yourself. If there was an upset customer and no managers were available, how would you handle it?
- Can you describe a situation where you had to deal with an upset customer without immediate supervision?
Customer Care Representative
It was a pretty straightforward interview with some basic questions to see if I was a good fit. It started with a phone call and then they had me come in for a one-on-one meeting. I applied online and got a call back within a week.
- Can you share an instance where you successfully navigated a challenge at work?
