The interview was pretty chill. Mostly basic questions, and the interviewer asked about my life too, and we ended up talking for more than 30 minutes. We discussed what I like most about a job and whether I prefer slow or fast-paced work environments. They also asked about the skills I find important and those I don't.

I found the job on Indeed and they called me right away. I had the interview and they gave me an offer in less than 48 hours. I took the job and started working there in the last quarter of the year.

I interviewed with a General Manager, who has since left the company. The interview was very straightforward. Honestly, if you were called in for an interview, you were pretty much guaranteed the job. You'd have to actively try to get rejected at that point. The interview didn't last more than 15 minutes, and I started the following week, based on my availability.
