Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Risk Advisory Group.
Senior Associate
It was a very easy and straightforward process. They were upfront about what the job involved and the entire process. It was a generally good experience and I was kept informed about the next steps.
- Could you let us know your notice period?
Senior Associate
The interview process wasn't very relevant to the actual job, and the time management was really bad. It felt like the questions weren't directly related to the role or based on competencies. Senior directors seemed disengaged, more interested in who I knew in the company. Overall, it was a poor experience.
- How did you find out about the position?
Associate
The interview started with a question about my unemployment status. The rest was about how my experience matched their needs, which it did. It seemed like there weren't any hidden requirements. But after I got rejected via email, and thinking back to that first question, it's clear they weren't aware of or didn't care about local employment laws that protect against discriminating against the unemployed. Looking deeper into this company's history, their fame over the last decade is based on a "study" claiming everyone lies on their resumes. So, they don't seem to value honesty or skills.
