Technical Behavioral Case

So first, you'll chat with HR to see if you're a good fit and talk about your career goals. Then, there's a technical interview where they check your skills and how you solve problems. Sometimes, they'll give you a case study or a task to see how you think. After that, you'll have a behavioral interview with questions about teamwork and how you handle situations. Finally, you'll meet with senior folks to talk about culture and expectations before they decide to make an offer.

The interview process started with an aptitude test.
