401k Specialist
So first, you'll chat with HR to see if you're a good fit and talk about your career goals. Then, there's a technical interview where they check your skills and how you solve problems. Sometimes, they'll give you a case study or a task to see how you think. After that, you'll have a behavioral interview with questions about teamwork and how you handle situations. Finally, you'll meet with senior folks to talk about culture and expectations before they decide to make an offer.

- What are your salary expectations?
Financial Associate
The interview process started with an aptitude test. It had around 60 questions covering accounts and quantitative aptitude, which were supposed to be finished in 60 minutes, but the hr said we could take a bit longer since no one would collect the sheets. There was also an essay question in the test. After the test, there was an interview, mainly focused on maths and calculations.

- Write an essay on a given topic.
- How would you approach math and calculation-based problems?

It started with a written test that included logical reasoning, accounting questions, journal entries, and a grammar test where I had to write an essay under 150 words. Then, I had an interview with the company director, which covered typical HR questions.

- Can you tell me about your family?
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
