Medical Scribe
It was pretty quick, around 20 minutes. I met with the lead technician and HR. They asked simple questions and it wasn't stressful at all. They showed me around the office and explained the job duties, including traveling between different locations. It was a really relaxed and nice experience.

It was several rounds with a lot of people, including a team interview where they asked a lot of questions. You have to dress professionally and be on time. There's a lot of expectation up front. If you get the job, you're expected to learn very quickly with very few mistakes.

Opthalmic Assistant
The interview process was smooth and engaging. I got a tour of the office. I briefly spoke with some staff members and it seemed like a pleasant place to work. It's a big company with several locations. Free parking was tough to find. Overall, it was a great interview.
