I had a one-on-one interview with the manager at the actual outlet I was applying for. Finding parking was a bit tricky because of the timing, but it was good to see what the job would really be like.

It was a quick interview, mostly asking about experience related to having documentation for airport security checks and your availability to start. It happened landside because they need to arrange temporary security clearance for you to go airside where you'll be working.

Behavioral Presentation Case

First, there was a vetting call with HR where I got a good intro to the company and what they're looking for, plus they asked me some questions. Then, a Teams call with the potential manager and their boss, lasting about 45 minutes. It was a good chat with good questions, felt very back-and-forth rather than a quick fire session. Engaging. Finally, a face-to-face meeting with the potential manager and their boss. They gave me a scenario and asked how I'd respond and react. I had 30 minutes alone to think about my answers, then another 30 minutes to present them. Again, it was conversational with really good questions. Overall, a great interview where I felt they got all the info they needed. I'll actually use this format myself for future interviews because it put me under pressure but showed how I'd really react. I enjoyed the whole thing and felt I could definitely work with this company.
