It was a panel interview over Microsoft Teams. The questions were kind of the same over and over. The online setup was really bad, like one lady was changing her baby's diaper while I was being interviewed.

The interview was professional and virtual due to Covid, with two rounds. Although interviewers' cameras were off, I had mine on. They claimed they hadn't turned them on 'yet,' but they never did during either interview. It seemed they mixed up positions as I was later contacted about interviewing for the role I had already completed two interviews for. I declined because the organization appeared unorganized, and the interviewers emphasized the high-stress environment, requiring overtime and weekend work without extra pay. The offered pay was low at $17/hr.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty standard. It was conducted via video chat with two interviewers. The questions were typical for a job interview, nothing out of the ordinary. They did acknowledge that their turnover rate is high and that the job is very stressful. Be prepared with some challenging questions to ask them at the end.

I interviewed with the lead Quality Coordinator and then got to interview with the Supervisor. It was a straightforward process. I got the job offer in under a week.
