Billing Specialist
I had a phone call with the recruiting agent where I answered interview questions and general questions about staffing agency roles for future positions. I'll hear back if there's a decision.
- What kind of jobs are you looking for?
Sales Manager
It was a three step process, starting with an initial screen. The first step was with the Sales VP and CSO, then the next step was with Operations. The last step was a panel interview that included a presentation on the plan of execution.
- Describe your leadership style.
- How do you prefer to be managed?
Branch Manager
The interview process consisted of a phone screening with a corporate recruiter, followed by interviews with the VP and Senior VP. Each interview lasted about 90 minutes. Overall, the experience was average, with the interviewers being very friendly and upfront about the challenges the position entails. It was clear that they were primarily looking for someone who would be a great fit for the role.
- As a first step, what would you do to build the Branch?
Staffing Supervisor
The hiring process started with a phone chat with HR, then I went in person to meet the branch manager. It was pretty straightforward and professional. I also had to complete a computer skills test, which included checking my typing speed. The whole thing spanned a couple of weeks before I got the job offer.
- What was your understanding of the staffing industry?
