First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The RepTrak Company.
Senior Consultant
The process was really transparent and respectful. There were 4 rounds of interviews with different leaders from various hierarchical levels. Everyone was very interested, helpful in providing info about the company and the role, and at the end, I got complete feedback on my performance.
- What is your ideal corporate culture?
Associate Director
The interview process was straightforward and seamless. Round 2 involved a task about client relationships, which was very open and relatively easy. It was well organized, well structured, and I received prompt feedback. I applied directly and the overall experience was very good.
- Can you tell me about your background in research and your experience?
Consulting Director
I applied through an email after seeing an ad on LinkedIn. The VP of HR responded quickly to set up a phone interview. Over a few months, I had many more phone calls with the VP of HR, the Executive Partner of North America, and the CEO. Then, I had to give a presentation about their methods and data to a group of people at their office. Even though HR was really into my application, the rest of the company didn't seem that excited. My future boss was supposed to talk with me for 3-4 hours before the presentation, but he missed two calls and only had 20 minutes to talk fast at the last minute. The whole team was late or missed three calls, and I waited outside for 45 minutes without anyone telling me anything on the day of the presentation, even though I got there when they told me to. While the team was nice, it didn't feel professional or organized like usual. It's clear why they're restructuring and hiring a lot, based on reviews and how they do things. Good luck to them with new people.
- Why do you believe you're a good fit for this role?
Marketing Director
It is a joke Passed 1st stage interview with CRO and was very impressed and excited to meet me in London or Boston. 2nd interview, I was to have a call with Senior Managing Director (EMEA). he cancelled the call 1 min before the interview for urgent matter to rearrange another time the week after. The interview was cancelled on Friday, by Monday i received an email I wasn't shortlisted and won't progress my application. I didn't even have the interview to be shortlisted Unprofessional and disappointing.
- What are the usual high level questions?
