First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Remi Group.
Sales Development Representative
I went through two interviews. They were pretty relaxed and the questions weren't that hard. I spoke with HR first and then a Director of Sales. It was a pretty straightforward process, and they made an offer pretty quickly.
- What made you want to apply for an SDR position?
Pricing Analyst
I talked with the hiring manager over the phone first and got a second interview. Standard interview, asked about my experience and my background and then situational questions. I heard back after 2 weeks and they came back with an offer.
- Tell me about one of your weaknesses.
Sales Position
I met with management at a job fair, and they said they weren't the decision-makers. They seemed to think I was a top candidate. The interviewer looked at my resume and mentioned sales roles in specific industries. Later, during a phone interview, the person interviewing me said they didn't think I really wanted the job. I was shocked by this comment. I'm a top performer with a great sales record. Maybe they did me a favor though. I'm really put off by how REMI responds to negative reviews, and their positive ones seem fake. Totally unprofessional.
- In your opinion, what's the most crucial element of the sales process?
Customer Service Representative
I had two phone interviews, the first one was about 20 minutes and the second one was about 30 minutes. Then I had an on site interview which lasted 2 hours with management. During the on site, two supervisors reviewed my resume and asked me some basic questions. After that, I spent an hour at a team member's desk to see what the day-to-day operations are like.
- Can you share an instance where you had to come up with a creative solution to a problem?
