Had a 30min Google meet with HR, then a 1hr meet with the CTO, and finally met with another Sr. Director. The CTO conversation was really good, and the Sr. Director seemed great too. They explained the business operations at TheRealReal very well. The recruiter called to inform me of the rejection but didn't give specific feedback.

Super smooth and one of the best interviews I've had! Started with a 15-min chat with the recruiter, then 30 mins each with two team members and the director I'd report to. The last part was a crucial 15-min meeting with the team that would report to me. Everyone at TRR was super helpful, gave me tons of time to ask questions, and made sure it was a good fit for everyone. The recruiter was always easy to reach and kept me in the loop. TRR's hiring process is definitely one to learn from.

I had 3 phone/video interviews initially (2 with recruiters, 1 with the hiring manager). After that, I went to the office for about a few hours for 2 on-site interviews where I met with over 5 team members each time. The interviews were 30 min 1:1. The interview process was okay, but nobody ever contacted me with an update or decision after my final round. It felt disrespectful after investing time with this company that they didn't respond. After trying to follow up multiple times, I finally heard back 1.5 months later from a recruiter saying they chose someone else.
