Had an initial screening with the recruiter over the phone. The call felt a bit rushed but they got straight to the point. I was told there were only two steps in the process and that I'd hear back by the end of the week if I was moving on. The recruiter emphasized that I could reach out if I needed anything. However, after following up at the end of the week and the week after that... I never heard back. I was ghosted.

It was an easy interview, I felt relaxed and comfortable. The questions were straightforward, allowing me to share my experience and skills without pressure. Instead of difficult or technical questions, they focused on my fit for the role and how my background matched their needs. It was more like a conversation than a test, letting me express myself naturally. It created a positive atmosphere where I could confidently showcase my strengths and connect with the interviewer.

The hiring process was fast and straightforward. I spoke with the team manager first, and then the director a few days later. They were upfront about how they choose candidates.
