Had an initial screening with the recruiter over the phone. The call felt a bit rushed but they got straight to the point. I was told there were only two steps in the process and that I'd hear back by the end of the week if I was moving on. The recruiter emphasized that I could reach out if I needed anything. However, after following up at the end of the week and the week after that... I never heard back. I was ghosted.

Instead of difficult or technical questions, they focused on my fit for the role and how my background matched their needs. It was more like a conversation than a test, letting me express myself naturally. It created a positive atmosphere where I could confidently showcase my strengths and connect with the interviewer.

The hiring process was fast and straightforward. I spoke with the team manager first, and then the director a few days later. They were upfront about how they choose candidates.
