Submitted resume and got an email for a phone interview. After the phone interview, a 1:1 was scheduled in the SF office. They told me at the end of the interview that the next steps would be to return for further 1:1s with one or two other staff members. A Talent Rep. would be contacting me. Several weeks passed with no contact.

Applied online and heard back from a recruiter about a week later. Had a 30 min screening call with the recruiter, then 3 interviews with different team members. After the final interview, the recruiter said they'd let me know about next steps soon. After a week of no news, I followed up with the recruiter but still haven't heard anything. It's been completely silent since then. Surprised they went silent after the final round since there was good communication up until that point.
