I interviewed with The Ranch at Rock Creek for the HR Generalist role. It was a pretty typical interview. They asked about my previous job experience and how I work. They also needed to confirm I was okay with living remotely since their location is pretty far from any major towns or cities.

The interview process was quite simple. It mainly involved a couple of phone calls where they asked direct questions. Much of the conversation focused on the practicalities of working at the ranch and how things operate there.

Behavioral Technical

Getting in touch with the hiring manager for an interview was incredibly difficult. After I finally secured an interview slot, the manager hadn't even bothered to read my credentials, even though they asked for my resume. It was genuinely the worst interview experience I've ever had, covering both phone and in-person interactions. I was left on hold for more than 5 minutes, and the manager came across as really arrogant and condescending. I definitely wouldn't suggest going through this.
