It started with a 30-minute phone chat, then a video interview. After the video one, they told me I was moving on to meet another team member, an account manager, but then they ghosted me. So disappointing they didn't even send an email, especially after making me think I was advancing. The Rainmaker Institute said an email would come the next week to set up the next interview, but it never did. They stopped all communication right after I thought I made it to the third stage, which felt really unprofessional and harsh.
