Speech Language Pathologist
The interview process was pretty standard. First, I had a phone screener. Then, there was a Zoom interview. Finally, I did an in-person lesson demonstration with students.
- What motivated your interest in working at Quad Prep?
Teacher
Had a phone call/zoom with the principal and department head. They asked me about my experience with students and my knowledge of the curriculum and subject matter. They also asked about different scenarios, lesson planning, and individualized learning.
- What experience do you have teaching students who are twice exceptional?
Administrator
The process was clear, friendly, and quick. Everyone was very nice, and I felt a strong sense of community and a supportive atmosphere. The timeline was fast, and the offer was simple and competitive. It was a good experience.
- Can you explain how your philosophy on social emotional learning has influenced your teaching methods during your career?
Teacher
We had an in person interview that moved into a demo lesson for a small group. It lasted a few hours. I'm annoyed if I travel for an interview and don't get a response.
