The recruiter blocked my email after I tried to follow up myself. It’s weird that telling candidates the outcome isn't a basic task for a recruiter. It's strange that this company has bad reviews.

We had two video calls, the first was with the recruiter, and the second one was with both the recruiter and the hiring manager for the project. No in-person interviews happened.

I saw the job on Indeed and a recruiter emailed me. First, I had a screening phone call with the HR recruiter. They told me the hiring process is long. First, I had to take a Spanish language test. If I passed that, I had a video interview with the hiring manager. After that, I got an offer letter, but it was conditional on passing background checks. These included references, health screen, CARI, fingerprinting, DMV check, education, and employment verification. I had to pay for these myself. It's a full-time job, but they call it part-time and there are no benefits for the first year.
