The entire process was very thorough. A few days before the interview, the Store Group Manager sent an email with 12 questions, and it was great to have time to think about them and send the answers back. The in-person interview with the Store Group Manager also included excellent questions that really made me think. Both the Store Group Manager and the Store Manager made sure I felt comfortable during the interview, which we conducted around the store. I felt like I learned a lot and got reassurance that this would be a good fit and a place I could be proud to work.

I heard back about three weeks after applying. Someone texted me to confirm if the date and time they proposed worked. The interview itself was two weeks after that. It was with three people, and they were all really nice and made me feel comfortable. They started with some icebreaker questions, which actually threw me off more than the actual interview questions! Each of the interviewers asked three questions, including the icebreaker. I'm still waiting to hear back.
