Applied online and was sent Cognitive and Personality tests soon after. They check your results and then decide on next steps. I had a recruiter screen that went well and they communicated pretty fast initially. I went through the screen, then a manager interview, and then a Super Day, all in 5 days. The Super Day was 3 hours of back-to-back panel interviews with lots of behavioral questions. I was told I'd hear back by mid-next week, but by then they had selected another candidate. It was disappointing because things seemed to go well with positive feedback, but it's a competitive process. Just know that if you're being considered, the process usually moves quickly, but if there are delays, it probably means you're not the top choice anymore.

I had a full day of interviews with different teams, from sales to software, and also a culture fit interview. Most of these were around 30 minutes, some a bit longer, but there was enough time to get my questions in.

I did the first PI test and then was notified about a phone interview, but it never happened. We exchanged a lot of emails and I gave my availability multiple times. The whole thing took 42 days and was a really bad experience. They asked me to do a behavioral and cognitive test, which I finished the same night. The behavioral results were instant, but they held back the cognitive ones. Then I got an email for a phone interview, asking for my availability for the next week. I sent it right away. When my interview week passed with no confirmation, I followed up. They emailed back apologizing for the delay, saying things were slower and some teammates would be out. They asked for my availability again for the following week or the week after. I updated my availability and sent it the same day. Right after, I got an out-of-office reply for the exact dates I gave them! I sent one last email, and a week later, they told me the position was closed. I never got the phone interview; it was a complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with a phone screen by a recruiter, then a meeting with the VP of Sales, followed by a 4-hour Superday as the final round. I liked how straightforward the process was. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Even though I gave a great presentation, had good conversations, and did a behavioral assessment that was a perfect fit for the role, I didn't get an offer. I was bummed that PI didn't give me a shot at personal growth. I thought they were a company that believed in potential, but maybe not mine.
