I talked to someone about why I wanted to work at Phillips and my career goals. Then, they told me about the projects I would be working on and asked how I would approach them. It was pretty easy overall.

I applied online via the museum's website. I got an email back in about two hours for a phone interview. After that, the curator asked me to come to the museum for an in-person interview. It felt like it was more about seeing if we'd get along and if I was the same person in person as I seemed on paper and over the phone, rather than strictly about my qualifications. By the end, they offered me the job and we finalized all the paperwork before I headed back to school out of state.
