First, there was a phone call with a talent manager where we talked about the job details. Then, I had an interview with a client services rep. After that, I interviewed with one of the lawyers who often worked on their AI chatbot. I think there might have been a final interview with a VP, but I didn't get that far. I felt like all my conversations went well and I showed how my past work experience matched the job responsibilities, but the team clearly didn't think I was the right fit.

The interview process felt pretty straightforward. They asked the usual stuff like why you're interested in the role and your career aspirations.
