& Process

So there were three interviews in total, and each one had a couple of different leaders. The first interview was mostly general questions, like why I wanted the job and why I thought I was a good match. The second one was pretty intense – they gave me a case study, I had 30 minutes to prep, then presented my plan. After that, they threw out some curveballs about how the situation changed and asked how I'd react. They wanted a deck with an executive summary an hour later. The last interview felt more like a vibe check, asking about tough situations I'd faced at previous jobs and how I dealt with them. Honestly, the whole thing wasn't too bad, except for the case study part, which was a bit stressful.

I had one phone interview since I wasn't living in town. The company was very accommodating. I spoke with two administrative heads. The questions focused on my previous experiences and background. They asked a lot about my computer and tech abilities; I think building my resume on Adobe Indesign was helpful. They also inquired about my long-term career aspirations and how a Kaiser Internship would be beneficial to me.

The interview process was pretty chill and friendly. I had a panel interview with two managers, and they were super nice and made me feel comfortable. I had to know why I wanted to work there, and recall a time I dealt with conflict with a manager, supervisor, or colleague. There was also a math skills test.

I interviewed for a senior Physician Recruiter role. The initial interview was very casual, lasting under 45 minutes with two senior people. A few weeks later, I had a second, more formal interview with peers where they had prepared questions. The team members were great and I enjoyed the time spent with them.
