I applied and got an interview invite the same day. The next day, I had a Zoom call with about 35 other people. We were put into breakout rooms for individual interviews, and they said we might have to wait up to 30 minutes to speak with someone. My interview went really well, and the recruiter told me she'd recommend me for the job and I'd get an offer letter in a few days. But then, the following Monday, I got a rejection email. I tried to follow up with the hiring team, but they never responded (this was in late July). It was really unprofessional.

I applied on LinkedIn and heard back from a recruiter within a few days. We had a short conversation that led to an interview with the project lead. The interview with my project lead was about an hour long and felt very comfortable and comprehensive. We discussed my experience organizing campaigns, but the interview was mainly focused on campaign culture, which I really enjoyed. Overall, the interview process was very smooth and easy.

The interview was a one-hour Zoom call and seemed pretty standard. I was a bit surprised they were looking to hire several people for such a senior position. They asked about my experience leading teams, the details of running paid canvasses, and a few questions about my dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Following the interview, I was asked to complete an exercise with a set of questions, which took quite a bit of time. Some of the questions felt a little condescending, and they also gave me the impression of an organization that deals with a lot of internal conflict and constant urgent issues.

Got contacted a few days after applying and thought it would be quick. First video interview went great, and they said they needed me ASAP, like within a week. A couple days later, had another video interview, and this guy said the same thing. Started looking for apartments, thinking I'd have to move within a week. They said they'd confirm by a certain date. That date passed, and I figured I didn't get the job, so I stopped looking for apartments. Then, a week later, got contacted for yet another video interview. Same story, they needed me ASAP. So I was confused why it was taking so long. Three weeks after first contact, got a call for ANOTHER interview. This time, they told me they knew the whole time the position I applied for probably wouldn't be available for me and that the only jobs left were clerical. Even after that, I expressed interest and was told I'd be contacted for sure within 48 hours. It's been a week since then, and I haven't heard anything. This was all for a temporary position that only lasts a few weeks. The process took so long that they filled my position, and the term almost ended. Then they tried to move me to a different role I didn't apply for and never got back to me.
