Busser/Runner
The interview experience was pretty average. It wasn't stressful at all, and everyone was really nice and not intimidating. It was nice and refreshing that there wasn't a whole panel, it felt more like a conversation.
- How do you handle pressure
Office Assistant
The interview process was very pleasant. They asked me a lot of questions about my previous jobs and my experience. The employer made me feel welcome and their approach helped me reduce stress. I was introduced to the whole team.
- What made you apply for this position?
Server
I had in-person interviews with two different managers, usually over two separate days. Some questions were repeated, but there were also new ones compared to the first manager. Both managers were really nice. They gave me an application to fill out at the end of the first interview, which I did when I walked in.
- What is your expected tenure with the company?
- Are you seeking only a summer position?
Food Server
I put in my application online. Then the GM reached out to me. He asked me some questions about my background. He then let me know the original role I applied for wasn't available, but that he could hire me as a server instead.
- Can you share your experience and explain why you'd be a good fit?
