First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Onin Group.
IT Operations
The interview process was very thorough and enjoyable. I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview, which was the longest I've ever experienced and very in-depth with the questions.
- Can you tell me about your past IT experiences?
Temp Position
The interview process was straightforward and not stressful. For this temporary role, I needed to be ready to talk about my day-to-day tasks and how they fit their needs. They were helpful in finding a spot where my skills could be utilized.
- Can you describe the tasks you can perform daily?
Sales Director
The process was pretty long but it was focused. It got quite scientific at times with the tests. The one-on-one interview was really good, very conversational and open. The panel interview and the presentation were the tougher parts, especially with the shift in direction and the kind of projections they were looking for.
- What drawbacks would your significant other identify in you?
Production Worker
It was an easy process, just be yourself and be honest. You'll have to pass a hands-on assessment and then interview with the Mercedes Benz Staff.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
