I had an initial chat with a recruiter that lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiter seemed quite keen and mentioned they wanted to set up a follow-up with the team for the following Tuesday. They also encouraged me to reach out if anything came up. However, after I followed up post-call, I ended up getting a rejection email, which I found to be pretty unprofessional.
