I went through about 4 or 5 interviews, all of them were online zoom calls. I never heard back after what I thought was the last round. I followed up a few times and finally got an automated email after like 2-3 months.

Behavioral Presentation

I started talking to a recruiter who was super helpful and laid out the whole process for me. Then I had a second interview with the VP of Marketing and the Director of Marketing. After that, I met with all the marketing managers for the third round. The final round was with the CEO, David Heller, and the Senior Manager of Communications. They reviewed my past work throughout the whole thing and then had me put together a presentation at the end to see how I think and what my insights are. It was all really smooth and fast. I got the impression they really care about their employees from the get-go, looking at my work and then having me meet the CEO before I even got an offer.

I had three informal interviews with the Property Manager, Regional, and Assistant Manager. The manager didn't give me a good feeling. I got an offer with a 20% rent discount. After I gave my notice and picked an apartment, they said I had to wait 60 days to move in. They should have been upfront about this during the offer. When I asked the regional about living on site policies, they only mentioned the discount, not the waiting period. I told the manager I'd be homeless and they didn't care, leaving me in a tough spot during the holidays. I declined the offer and I'm glad I did.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was good but also unprofessional. I first met with a site manager and a regional manager, and that interview went really well. They said I met all the job requirements and would be a great fit. Then, another regional manager called me for a second interview. We talked for a few minutes, and she mentioned she remembered me from an interview she did with me at a previous company. She said she'd text me the address to meet her that Thursday at 9 am (this was on a Monday). I didn't get anything until 8:50 am on Thursday. I replied, asking to reschedule because of the short notice. I didn't hear back. I then emailed HR, who originally contacted me. A few days later, she replied saying they wouldn't be moving forward with my application.
