Behavioral Technical

It was a panel of 5 people, each with expertise in different types of general insurance policies. They asked behavioral questions and also tested my fluency in the local language. A lot of basic questions were asked in a spacious and relaxed manner. It was a comfortable interview, and even though there were many questions, they were mostly generic.

Behavioral

I started with the company as an assistant. After passing my Insurance Examinations and diligently attending training sessions for higher officers, I engaged with senior employees and guides over 4 to 5 years. Throughout this time, I've consistently sought to improve my daily tasks through discussions with colleagues. I've never hesitated to learn from anyone, whether they were my peers or superiors. This ongoing approach has been invaluable to my career, both within the office and in my personal life.
