Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty chill and fast. First, I talked to someone from upper management who asked me a couple of questions about my resume. Later that same day, I had another interview with middle management at a coffee shop. They asked me more personal stuff, like about my experiences, school, and what books I've enjoyed this year. They also explained how I'd start and the career progression at the company. I got a call a few weeks later saying I got the job, but even though I accepted and asked about paperwork, they went silent. I ended up taking another offer from a company that seemed more eager to hire me.

Applied for the job and got a call back the next day. Scheduled for a 1:1 interview the day after that, so within 2 days I was at the New England's office for the interview. It was easy and they make you feel comfortable. The hiring process has two steps. The first day interview is just to put a face to your name and check your personality and professionalism. Dress professionally for it. The second day they'll tell you the job details and salary. It's a door-to-door sales job, so if that's what you're looking for, this is the job for you.

It was 3 Interviews. First, a get-to-know-you chat reviewing your resume, lasting about 30 min. Second, a coffee meeting to get to know the company and your communication skills, a relaxed conversation lasting 60-90 min, offering a good chance to ask about the role. Third, a brief final check-in with the manager for any last questions for both sides. No surprises, and it helped gauge the team vibe and fit.

It was 2 in person interviews that took a lot of my time, and a lot of their answers were vague. I had to go back and ask them the same questions over and over. Then I found out it was door to door sales, which was strange. I had to go back for a second interview and they basically reviewed the same thing. Maybe their HR manager was out of town? Overall experience was okay... one of those interviews you take to get experienced in interviewing.
