The interview process was very professional, and the team asked questions only about the job, not anything personal. The interview was quite easy, and the recruitment team was very patient and understanding.

So, after the first phone chat, they had me come in for an in-person meeting. There were a bunch of us there, some for this role, some for others. We all went to a conference room and had to fill out a bunch of paperwork, like references and stuff for a background check. Then they showed us around the place. After the tour, we went to the face-to-face interview. It involved a good amount of walking, so comfy shoes were definitely a good call.

Behavioral Other

The initial phone screen was a standard call where they asked about my past work and gave a quick rundown of the position. It was a bit tricky to connect with HR to set up interviews because I initially missed their call, and we had a lot of back-and-forth. But once we finally connected, things smoothed out. The actual interview day was really informative and helpful. I completed some paperwork, watched a video about their great program, toured the school, and met some students and teachers, where I could ask whatever I wanted. Then, I had a relaxed one-on-one chat where they mostly asked about my career aspirations and if I had any remaining questions.

Behavioral Presentation

After an initial email, the company wanted to set up an onsite interview. I went for a long tour and met with managers and HR. They said they'd follow up but never did. It felt like a waste of time. They were unprofessional and disorganized.
