I had my interview at their downtown Philadelphia office. It had a cool startup vibe with open spaces. I met with the VP of Software Engineering and a Developer. We talked in a room with a whiteboard. We first talked about my resume. Then, I discussed a personal project I did and how I might make it better, even showing the code. After that, I had to fix a bug in their web app right on their computer, using the Chrome inspector. They gave me hints. I also had to figure out a function that deleted characters from a string.

I got referred by a friend and applied on the company site. A recruiter reached out for a phone screen and then I went in for several in-person interviews. I first met with some QA team members for what was a pretty easy and straightforward hour-long chat about QA practices. Then I met the VP of QA who was great and asked me about my background. It was a really straightforward process overall, and I learned a lot about the company and feel like it would be a good fit.

It was two phone calls and then two in-person interviews. Pretty easy process. The hiring manager isn't even with the company anymore, so it might be different now. The main thing is you gotta be able to do what you say you can do on your resume or they'll reject you.
