First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The MSG Group.
Consultant
I had 2 interviews: 1 online and 1 onsite. Communication was great and transparent. The interviews were pleasant with a relaxed atmosphere. They covered travel costs for the onsite interview.
- Technical questions, as well as questions about my personality.
Student Associate
four weeks after applying, you receive a questionnaire and a test, four weeks after that you receive an offer and an invitation for a virtual interview. After this, I am not sure what happens because I have not hear back just yet.
- Tell me about an accomplishment you're proud of and explain the reason behind it.
Store Manager
I had a telephone call with someone from head office, and then a face-to-face interview with the store manager I was replacing. It was kind of interesting because they didn't know they were being replaced and didn't have job security, and thought I was just applying for management in general.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What are your reasons for applying?
Human Resources Advisor
Started with a telephone interview, then had an in person interview shortly after. Never heard back after that, even though I followed up. No feedback was given, and I wasn't even told I didn't get the job.
- What draws you to this position?
- Have you had experience with staff grievance or disciplinary processes before?
- If a manager inquired about SSP, would you know the answer immediately or need to look it up first?
