First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Mosquito Authority.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process began with a phone interview, which was mostly about my background and basic qualifications. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with more detailed and behavioral questions about past experiences and how I solve problems. It was a structured and professional process that gave me a good feel for the company culture.
- Can you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
Field Service Technician
It was a pretty simple process. First, a quick phone interview, then a zoom call, and finally a face-to-face meeting. By the time you get to the face-to-face interview, they ask some questions about your previous experience, but it's less formal. The whole process was pretty quick.
- Can you tell me about a challenging decision you faced at work and how you dealt with it?
Technician
First I had a phone interview, and then I went in for an in person interview with the onsite manager. They both went great and everyone was really nice. The leaders were open about the job and what they expected.
- Are there any potential conflicts with your mid-week schedule?
