It was a good experience overall. They listened to my thoughts and responded to my questions. It was easy to talk to them and nice to meet them. They gave short answers sometimes but it wasn't too high pressure for the most part.

I applied online and about a week later, their recruiting specialist called me for a phone interview. I got invited for an onsite interview at their facility in Illinois. There, I had a short interview with the recruiting specialist, then an interview and a plant walk-through with the hiring manager. A couple of weeks after that, the recruiting specialist called me again, asking if I was interested in a different role as a Quality Engineer. He was really persistent about me coming in for another plant visit. So I scheduled another plant interview at their Illinois facility. This time, I interviewed with the Quality Manager and then the Quality Director.

We had a really chill and easy chat with the hiring manager for the team that handled in-house product design. We also took a pretty long tour of the factory, checking out tons of equipment and seeing small PCB boards laid out on big trays.

I got a phone call and was screened. Then, a third-party company assessed my fit. After that, I had two interviews with management, followed by a panel interview with my peers and team. Finally, I interviewed with senior management before an offer was extended.
