I had a Zoom interview for around 30 minutes. It was pretty standard, with typical questions, especially if you've worked in an agency before. Afterward, I sent a thank-you note and followed up again to ask for feedback, but never heard back. I know hiring can be hectic, but it's tough when you don't get any response after putting in effort. It's a reminder that candidates are people, and a simple reply shows respect.

The whole interview thing took about 3 weeks. There were 3 interviews total: one with the hiring manager, another with a team member, and a final one with the person in charge of the Digital Marketing Team. I didn't get past the second interview, but it was a pretty good experience overall!

I found a job posting online and applied, but didn't hear back. So, I reached out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn. She let me know the role I applied for was filled, but there was another one that might be a good fit. We scheduled a first interview at their office, which was pretty laid-back. It was mainly a chance to learn about the company and talk about my background. About a week later, the hiring manager contacted me again, and we set up a second interview with two other team members. This one was more focused on behavioral questions and technical aspects related to the job.
