It was an easy process, but there was an MS Office exam. I had an in-person interview which went well. I was nervous, but everyone was amazing and friendly. The team seemed good and supportive.

The hiring process was fast. First, a recruiter prescreened me. Then, I had an in-person interview with the senior people. I got an offer less than a week after the in-person interview.

The interview process was pretty standard. They got back to me quickly about any questions I had and about the offer too. Overall it was a good experience, and it seems like a great place to work.

The interview process took ages, like months. It was super unorganized. I heard from someone inside that they get their management to leave good reviews on Glassdoor to make the company look better. The owner is way too involved in picking who gets hired, making the final decision regardless of what other interviewers think. It's a decent sized company, so I don't get why he's so hands-on. It should really just be HR, the hiring manager, and compensation handling it. That's probably why they aren't growing much or hiring the best people.
