I interviewed on campus at college and then was invited to the firm for a "Super Day" interview. During the initial interview, I met with one person from HR. During the "Super Day" interview, I met with two different people; one was a manager for the BSA team and one was an associate from the audit team.

The hiring process was good and it didn't take long. HR is fast in onboarding and making new hires feel welcome. They take your picture and put it in the kitchen so everyone gets to know you fast. You won't be guessing about people.

The interview was pretty chill. They asked standard stuff about my experience and education. I talked to two people: the COO and the head of HR. I'd wear a suit and tie, just in case. It was in a conference room. Just be yourself and answer honestly.

It started with a one-on-one chat, which was pretty quick. Then, there was a whole day at the company's campus. We had lunch and met a bunch of people for interviews. The interviews weren't super tough, but you had to be alert all day because you were meeting so many folks. They did give us tours and introduce people to ease the mood, which was nice.
