First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Medical Team.
Billing Specialist
First, you'll meet with the Billing Manager. They'll talk about the job to see if it sounds like something you'd be interested in. Then, they'll discuss your experience to figure out if it's a good match for you.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Home Health Aide
The staff were friendly and I was greeted quickly. We talked about my job history, experience, and training. They went over the job description, my availability, and expectations. It was very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend it. During the training, you spend a day with each discipline to understand what your coworkers do. This helps with good communication and understanding.
- Can you tell me about your past job experience?
Nurse Aide
I was contacted by a recruiter for an interview, but after that, I was left waiting for weeks with no response. I had to reach out myself to find out why I hadn't heard back, even though they seemed really keen on hiring me. The reason they gave was a weak excuse that had nothing to do with my qualifications. On top of that, they required me to provide my social security number multiple times on various pages, and the amount of paperwork was overwhelming, with much of it being repetitive. It felt like their main goal was just to collect my personal information, which makes me uneasy about how they might use it.
- Were you on any public assistance?
Patient Caregiver
The interview process was really straightforward, it was basically just filling out a form. Super easy. After that, I did have on the job training which was fine. I already had my CNA license, and the pay was 15.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
