It's pretty easy. You'll fill out an application, and then one of the department managers will get in touch. They'll ask you some basic questions, like 'tell me about yourself' and 'what are your strengths and weaknesses?'. Then there's a second interview with the general manager.

The interview was pretty chill, with some good questions. They asked some standard interview questions, and I got the vibe that some were meant to see if I fit their company culture. They seem to want people who are outgoing and make customers feel really comfortable.

There were two interviewers, the main manager and a floor manager. They asked a bunch of questions, it was pretty easy. They seemed more interested when they found out I knew someone from the store. They were looking for someone who could commit for a while, but they only seemed to consider college students if they could work just during the summer and give up every weekend. It took a few days for them to get back to me with an offer.
