Behavioral Other

The interview process was confusing and lacked a clear point of contact. I was initially contacted by the head of the department and then sent an audition task. While they mentioned donating to a charity of my choice upon submission, I never got confirmation if they actually did. Each time I emailed about the task, I received a response from a different person, which made the whole experience seem disorganized and was a red flag for me.

Behavioral Technical Case

My interview experience was straightforward. It started with a call with the hiring manager. Then, the next stage was a take-home case study, which was technical. After I finished that, they offered to donate to a charity of my choice, which I thought was great. If I advanced, there would be two more interviews before an offer. It was one of the best tech/engineering interview experiences I've had. The staff was polite and responsive.

Behavioral Technical

I had an intro call with the Head of People Ops that was about 20 minutes. Then I got an audition project and could optionally meet the CEO to ask questions. After that, I had two more quick interviews with the CEO and the Product Manager. It was pretty fast after that to get to references and an offer. The company was really transparent and communicative through the whole thing, it felt super organized and clear. Everyone I met asked good questions and it felt like they really considered the applicant's experience at each step.

Behavioral Presentation

So first there was the application and then a quick questionnaire. Then I had a screening call, which was a little more involved than I expected. I actually spoke with a couple of people from the team over a week for that stage, 'cause I'd already chatted with Cole a bit before applying. After that, I went in for an in-person interview. The last step was checking references.
