Brand Ambassador
The recruiter was nice and energetic on the phone, gave me the full rundown of the position. They knew who I was, what I did, and why I'd be a great fit, making it sound like I already had the job. Then, I was scheduling a Zoom meeting for an interview with a hiring manager, so I'm not too sure how this is going.
- Can you commute to the Tampa location?
Sales Associate
I had to wait around 30 minutes for what turned out to be a very brief 5-minute conversation. It was an open interview that I wasn't prepared for. The office was really small and I had a hard time finding it. The people working there were great though, super nice and seemed genuinely invested.
- Could you introduce yourself and share your interests?
Customer Service Representative
I met with an associate who asked a couple of general questions about me and my work history, and then went on to explain what The London Group does. I sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes. I had to complete a one-page sheet that had general personal information and submit my resume. It was a pleasant experience. The hiring manager scheduled a second interview at the end.
- What motivated your application today?
- Could you share how you learned about our company?
- Can you describe your current role or activities?
Brand Ambassador
I applied online and then got a call about a week later to set up an interview. When I got there, I only had to wait about 15-20 minutes since they were interviewing others ahead of me. Everyone working there was really nice and professional, and it seemed like a pretty chill environment.
